Membership is open to anyone \u2014 individuals or organisations \u2014 who share our passion for sharing science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nzase.org.nz\/about\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/nzase.org.nz\/about\/\">NZASE objectives<\/a> are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To promote the development of science education throughout New Zealand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To facilitate liaison and cooperation between regional science teachers\u2019 Associations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To assist regional science teachers\u2019 Associations in their efforts to sustain and expand their activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To disseminate information, articles and other material related to science education through newsletters, journals and other means.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To represent the interests and concerns of people involved in science education to the appropriate authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To organise conferences of its members to further their knowledge of science education and to enhance their skills and interest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To develop links with international science education Associations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Such other objects as are deemed by the Council to be ancillary or related to the objects already stated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The New Zealand Association of Science Educators (Incorporated) supports and connects a range of science education groups.
